As a born and raised San Diego local, Maria knows just about every area of the city. She has a passion for exploring the city's ever-changing communities, supporting local businesses, experiencing the newest activities and foods in town, and traveling all over the world just to come back and confidently say there is no place like home.

 

Maria's professional background revolves around business, law, and real estate. With a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in International Business, a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, an active Notary Public Commission, and a Real Estate Salesperson License, she considers herself more than qualified to guide her clients in making informed decisions. Along with her education, she has over five years of experience in the business, legal, and real estate industries.

Maria first decided to pursue real estate after becoming a first-time homeowner herself. She realized her professional background helped her understand the process very thoroughly and decided she wanted to help others not only find their dream home or investment property but also guide them in a way that they felt informed and comfortable with the process every step of the way.

As a first-generation Mexican-American and fluent Spanish speaker, she is also able to offer her services to members of her community and international clients who have undergone similar difficulties to her own.
